UNCW student housing community houses over 1,800 students. The Wilmington building provides multiple affordable retreat options and amenities in North Carolina. Designing bathing space areas in compliance with building requirements was one of the many challenges for UNC Wilmington.
The Solution
Comfort Designs partnered with the UNC Charlotte Asheville direction to provide a unit that is durable, low in maintenance, ADA code compliant, with easy access to bathing space.
