As part of The Valley Health System®, Henderson is the sixth acute-care hospital, providing leading-edge, evidence-based quality of medical care across Las Vegas and Southern Nevada. The 'A' Grade facility was challenged to meet accessible and patient needs.
The Solution
Comfort Designs collaborated with the HDR Architects firm in Omaha to provide an accessible entry shower that helps avoid injuries and a threshold that fits unit width for ease of transfer in the shower and secure patient moves.
